There are many ways you can help us at March for Life UK. Please let us know how you would like to be involved or contact us so we can discuss what your role might be.

1) Pro-Life Rep                       

We need pro-life representatives around the country to help spread the pro-life message particularly when events need promoting. This can involve a variety of things and you can get as much or as little involved as you like eg putting up posters, passing on notices we give you to go in a church newsletter, speaking at your local church (we will supply the talk), passing on notices we give you to religious or other leaders in your area by email, letter or in person.

2) Distributing Leaflets   

We have pro-life leaflets which we’d love to be shared around the country. We can email you the pdf to print, or post a batch of leaflets directly to you. March for Life UK request that anyone sharing our leaflets do so in a law-abiding and loving manner, we accept no responsibility for how our leaflets are distributed outside of our own events or by our own staff.

3) Writing 

Does your skill lie in writing? Could you produce your own original content eg blogs/articles that we could use? We’d be happy to help with ideas and editing. Maybe you could help others share their testimony by listening to them speak then transcribing their story. If you think your gift in writing could be of use to the pro-life movement let us know.

4) Research     

Could you provide the research to help one of our blog writers? Are you skilled at delving behind the headlines of stories to find out more original content? Do you specialise in academic research and have information which you’d like to share about abortion and its causes or consequences?

5) Social Media Content 

Could you help produce original and creative social media content? Maybe you have a one-off idea for a slogan/image or can you see yourself helping more regularly with any of our social media channels through memes, videos, images etc. Please be bold in sharing your ideas with us and let’s see if together we can impact more people who are yet to understand the truth about abortion.

6) Graphic Design                              

Do you have graphic designing skills which you would like to use to serve the pro-life cause? We’d be happy to work with you to develop these further and see how your creativity can be the part you play in helping to end abortion.

7) Photography / Videography

If you are a photographer or videographer and would be willing to help us then please get in touch. We particularly need these skills when we are holding our events or if you would rather produce your own original content then we’d love to discuss any ideas you have.

8) Tell Your Story

Have you got a story to share? Maybe you or someone close to you had an abortion and you want others to know the impact it had on you. Maybe you used to help perform abortions and you regret this now. Maybe you had a challenging pregnancy or you were encouraged to abort your child but you chose life – this could be just what someone else needs to hear. If you’d rather just tell us your story verbally we can write it down. Get in touch today and we can help your story reach thousands (personal details can be changed to protect anonymity).

9) Fundraise

Fundraising has a twofold benefit; not only does it help raise much needed financial help to keep our mission going but it also creates awareness at the same time. Could you run a sponsored event for us eg a sponsored walk, swim, silence . . . or something more adventurous like a skydive? (we’ll help with sponsorship forms, posters etc). Could you organize an event eg carboot sale, quiz night, raffle? We’d be happy to discuss any ideas you have to raise funds – every penny is greatly appreciated!

10) Coffee Morning

Coffee mornings are such a good way to share the pro-life message without taking people too much out of their comfort zone. This can be an enjoyable way of bringing people together to share pro-life information, raise some funds and have a good, old pro-life chinwag with friends new and old. We are happy to send you a coffee morning starter pack and can create posters/flyers to suit your event. If this is an initiative you’d be willing to try in your area or through your church please let us know – we’d be happy to help.

11) Start A Prayer Group

 We know that many of our supporters are Christians and while you don’t need to be a Christian or indeed have any faith to be pro-life we really welcome and need all the prayers we can get. If you are considering starting a pro-life prayer group in your area then let us know how we can help. We’d be happy to assist with any posters/flyers or discuss the format of meetings so as to bring together as many people as possible. Abortion is a spiritual battle and we won’t ever end it without the help of God.

12) Other
