March for Life UK Returns to London on 6th September with Record Numbers Expected
LONDON, UK — The UK’s national pro-life event, March for Life UK, will return to central London on Saturday, 6th September 2025, with organisers expecting record attendance following a turnout of approximately 10,000 last year.
This year’s theme, “Human Rights for All Humans,” emphasises how many rights are impacted by legalised abortion including the preborn child, the mother, medical professionals and even those who hold or express pro-life beliefs
The day begins with ‘LifeFest’ at the Emmanuel Centre, which will include:
- A Pro-Life Human Rights Summit
- Stalls from a wide range of pro-life organisations
- Sessions for children of all ages
A march through central London will follow in the afternoon.
Keynote speakers for the event include:
- Carla Lockhart MP – Member of Parliament and outspoken advocate for unborn children.
- Sara Spencer – A mother of four and student midwife from Scotland who was suspended from her course after expressing pro-life beliefs in a private Facebook group.
- Isabel Vaughan-Spruce – Currently being investigated for a third time for silently praying near an abortion centre.
- Josiah Presley – A survivor of an attempted surgical abortion.
The March will also see participation from a wide range of Christian leaders, including:
- Seven Catholic bishops
- Two Anglican bishops
- Priests from the Orthodox Church
- Evangelical leaders, including Glen Scrivener, CEO of Speak Life, and Andrea Williams, CEO of Christian Concern
Ben Thatcher, Co-Director of March for Life UK, commented:
“This has been a critical year for the pro-life movement, with a push for abortion to be legalised right up to birth and many prolifers being censored simply for their silent prayers or offers of consensual conversation. It is more important than ever that we come together to stand up for all those who are impacted by the grave injustice of abortion.”
March for Life UK is a peaceful and family-friendly event, welcoming people who want to create awareness of the hurt and damage abortion causes and promote the dignity of all life from conception.
