Team Member – Digital & Communications Focus (Flexible Role)

About the Role:
We are looking for committed, proactive, and creative individuals to work with our in-person team in Birmingham. These roles are flexible and suitable for those with experience or interest in any of the following areas:
- Social media creation and management
- Digital marketing
- SEO and online reach strategies
- Video and content production
- General communications and event outreach
The roles will be shaped around the right candidates’ skills, experience, and initiative. These are not fixed-position jobs with a single narrow title — rather, they are an opportunity to contribute to a growing movement through your unique strengths.
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be 100% pro-life and able to represent that publicly and with conviction
- Have a high level of initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently
- Be competent and confident using a variety of online platforms and tools
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Be willing to work in person at our Birmingham office
- Support our strong Christian ethos
- Be flexible, reliable, and eager to contribute to a mission-led team
- Bring flair and a passion for outreach, media, or communication
Useful (But Not Required) Experience:
- Creating content for Instagram, Facebook, X or YouTube
- Editing short videos or reels
- Understanding of SEO or basic digital strategy
- Managing email campaigns or websites
- Event promotion or campaign design
We’re open to a range of skill levels — what matters most is motivation, alignment with our mission, and a willingness to grow.
Practical Details:
- Part-time during weekday working hours (hours negotiable)
- Salary based on experience
- Based at our Birmingham office
- Occasional travel or work outside office hours may be required around key events
