When can coaches park and how much does it cost?

Day Cost
Monday to Friday £4 per hour between 8.30am to 6.30pm and then free until midnight
Saturday £4 per hour between 8.30am to 1.30pm and then free until midnight
Sunday Free

At the following coach parking bays, parking is not permitted between midnight to 8am on any day:

  • Bishop’s Bridge Road W2 (2 bays)
  • Eastbourne Terrace W2 (4 bays)
  • Horseferry Road SW1P (4 bays)
  • Kingsway WC2 (16 bays)
  • Millbank SW1 (5 bays)
  • Park Lane SW1 (17 bays)
  • Temple Place WC2 (2 bays)
  • Tothill Street SW1 (6 bays)
  • Victoria Embankment SW1 (12 bays)

If any other type of vehicle is parked in these bays between 8.30am and midnight, a parking ticket may be issued.

At the Green Line Express Coach Terminal, Bulleid Way, Victoria, the City Council permits overnight paid for parking on 8 clearly marked and sign-plated coach parking bays on the east side of the site. The hours of control are 8pm to 8am Monday to Sunday for a fixed Pay by Phone charge of £10. Can coach drivers please note that parking on these bays outside of these hours is not permitted as during the daytime the bays are required for the full operation of the Express coach terminal. It is also advised that the bays on the west side of the site are dedicated to Express coach operation throughout the night so coaches should not be parked on these particular bays at any time. This provision is a joint scheme provided by the City Council and Arriva Green Line Ltd.

Leave the station via the Broadway exit (straight ahead) and head down Tothill Street. When you reach the end, you will see Westminster Abbey. Cross over the road going towards the Abbey. On your right you will see a small archway with a security cabin and agate. Go through the archway into Dean’s Yard andhead towards the large building facing you at the end of the yard – this is Church House.


Leave the station via exit 4, turn right and walk to the first set of traffic lights on your left. Cross the road going towards the Houses of Parliament. Go straight ahead past the Houses of Parliament until you reach the next set of pedestrian lights. Turn right and walk past Westminster Abbey. At the end of the Abbey youwill see a small archway on your left with a securitycabin to the side. Go through the archway into Dean’s Yard. Church House is the large building facing you atthe end.


Leave the station by the front entrance. Cross the first road on the right (Vauxhall Bridge Road) and walk straight down Victoria Street for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Westminster Abbey. Standing in front of the Abbey, you will see a small archway with a security cabin to the right. Go through the archway into Dean’s Yard and head towards the large buildingfacing you at the end of the yard – this is ChurchHouse.
